One of the most serious challenges that cast a shadow over the educational sector today is the phenomenon of many teachers and professors with experience in high schools and universities leaking abroad, in search of a better job opportunity for them. In addition, there is a tendency among public secondary school teachers to declare a strike due to the state’s failure to correct their wages, which threatens the academic year, and thus the fate of secondary school students. Therefore, the Ihab Matar Development Group decided to contribute to alleviating the consequences of this bitter reality, by conducting a support and strengthening course for baccalaureate students in Tripoli in its three branches (general sciences, life sciences, economics and social sciences), in order to compensate for the severe shortage in school programs and curricula. Given to students, thus saving the academic year.
