Women, as mothers and capable leaders, play a crucial role in nurturing the youth of society with a positive influence, contributing significantly to their successes. Their contributions in various aspects of society, such as the family, workforce, politics, agriculture, and armed forces, highlight the importance of supporting and honoring women. The Ihab Matar Development Group is committed to supporting and honoring women, encouraging their continuous contributions. Special initiatives are carried out on occasions such as Mother’s Day and International Women’s Day, where the group distributes flowers and tangible gifts to women on the streets of the city.

In collaboration with Association Wajib Al Insani, the group organized a “Free Shopping Day” in the port area, allowing women from all over the city to shop for free.

Furthermore, the group honored Reem Al Ali, Yasmin Tamer, Sarah Akkari, and Mirna Kanjo on the occasion of achieving first place in the West Asia Women’s Volleyball Championship. This recognition is aimed at supporting them to continue progressing and encouraging their perseverance.

Recognizing that children represent the true hope for the future and the next generation responsible for preserving the cultural and civilizational heritage of society, the group seeks to support and enhance their capabilities and skills. Under the sponsorship of Dar Al-Fatwa and the Islamic Endowments Department in Tripoli and the North, the group organized a “Quraan Teaching” course at the Amine Abi Samra Mosque for girls and boys, aiming to guide the future leaders through the teachings of the Quraan.
